Flatwoods police department was called to the scene of a woman claiming to be trespassing, upon arrival 3 police offers had to talk the young lady into putting the dog down and to get on the ground. The young lady was claiming to only be rescuing a dog from a horrible owner. The young lady was still refusing to surrender and had to be tased and taken into police custody and lodged in the Greenup County Detention Center. Later cops found out Fugitives name is Amanda Caudill 32 years of age.
