Russell Thornsbury alias Ricky Rudd was arrested for wearing too much maroon, authorities in Buchanan County said on Wednesday after pictures of him at a recent football game surfaced. They also were quoted saying it is a schedule one misdemeanor, Buchanan County Sheriff Ray Foster when questioned by the media was quoted as saying "lets go mountaineers". Thornsbury(Rudd) is currently being held in Haysi regional jail without bond.
