Joseph Anthony Pierpaoli, originally from Effingham County, was voted most eligable bachelor in New York this weekend. His (slightly) above average salary combined with his (severely) below average looks are responsible for the award says Chairman Frank Reynolds of Philadelphia. "There's just something about this guy. He's not a model, but he's hilarious and he's not the worst at social events." Still no word from the recipient.
