Local tiny headed Oil City man Shawn Mcdonald was arrested shortly after 3:00 AM on Wendsday November 1st for giving unsolicitad blow jobs in sheets bathroom. When interviewed he said "it's my mouth i can do what i want with it" and "this is a free country" as well as "this is only temporary untill i can get two ribs removed".
