Paul O Mahony from Waterloo will appear before the court on Friday November 4th. Paul, 21 was arrested by Gardai on October 31st, it appeared that the man was scaring a number of people with a scary costume in the cork area. Gardai tracked the man down in Patrick's street at 9.30pm on the night. Turns out he just had a head like a turkey. He was later released without charge.
