Paul Broyd, known locally as Picknity Paul, has been arrested on suspicion of hoovering after the 3am curfew slapped on him by the local noise authority.
Counseller Mark McBright, said Mr Broyd has been cautioned several time on noise abatement, but this time he has gone to far.
Mr Broyd's neighbors has said that Mr Broyd hovering habits have lowered the prices of property. Miss X, who didn't want to be named said she caught him in August hovering the neighbors block paving and on another occasion he was seen with the Dyson attachments in full view of the street, buffing his letter box.
Mr Z from across the street said whilst scratching manically it's about time he ****ing stop this nonsense, my Misses aint hovered sine 1982 and the aint nothing wrong with us.
