An Gardaí Siochanna are happy to announce that Eoghan Lavery (18) has been arrested in connection with the joyriding as he was caught by officer henry reynolds of Listowel garda station , officer reynolds arrested mr. Lavery after he witnessed him doing donuts in his 98 nissan micra. Mr. Lavery is currently in custody until a court date is finalised
