Fall River resident, George Gibeau was arrested on Friday, November 4th around 12pm. He was charged with indecent exposure after being caught by authorities picking his nose with his penis. This was not his first offense and he will have to complete rehab and go one week in jail without picking his nose with his penis, which after speaking to people close to him will be highly unlikely.
