Robert Belan 40 of Millis Massachusetts was pulled over on Main st. Milford Massachusetts leaving the turtle tavern. When authorities searched his car on suspicion they found over 300 sally dolls only sold in Japan. Rob explained they are not for resale there for personal use. Police are investigating Rob Belan is being held on a $4 million bail.
