Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that Russia is now at war with the United States; in his speech he spoke of the "recent aggressions" from the United States from involvement in air strikes in Syria as well as recent cyber attacks on core Russian infrastructure by "US puppets" as the main reasons for the declaration.
