Two youths seen fleeing the scene of the crash yesterday afternoon. Believed female driver was listening to an intoxicated male passenger before the accident occurred. Vechile was spotted up on the south side of the border in Fermanagh earlier this week and is believed to have connections to the RA. Gardai are appealing for witness's to contact Bandon Garda Station.
