Senior at Los Gatos High school bravely comes out about his sexual orientation. He goes on to describe himself as a "transvestite from transsexual transylvania". He has stayed in the closet for eight long years in fear that "pop" (his father) will "beat his ass". His reasoning to finally come out came after a recent car accident in which he said "I thought red meant go", he came to the conclusion that life is to short to hide his transvestiteness. He says it is such a great relief to get it off his chest although his father kicked him out of the house and disowned him.
