Arthur Mellows Village College burnt to the ground on the morning of Sunday the 6th of November as a result of string winds blowing a local bonfire into the main building. The school governors board have released a statement saying that students will not be able to attend school this week but they are making plans to place students in Stamford Welland Academy.
It is not known how long the rebuilding work will take, but it is estimated that it may tae up to 12 months.
