A charlotte couple hit big in the NC lottery. When contacted, the couple, David and Shante Anderson turned the winning ticket over to an organization that helps children whose parents are incarcerated. We asked them to comment on why they were giving millions of dollars away, and David Anderson replied " we have all we need, and money would just complicate our simple lives." Of all the lottery winners I've ever interviewed, I have to admit, this has never happened.
