Michael Thomas McCarthy with an address of Five Alley Nenagh Co. Tipperary was arrested at his home on Saturday 5th November after locals reported the 21 year old over his ridiculous haircut. One person who's name can't be mentioned said that the hair was an insult to the south Carolina foke of the 90s. Michael was questioned and will apperar in Nenagh district court on 15th December.
