Matthew Otton aged 21 from chellaston, Derby, was caught on the 4th of November having an illicit affair with one of his rail way students. Mr. Otton, who had only recently joined the tutoring team for network rail was found in a car park with a 18 year old boy getting close and personal. Matthew denied the accusations and has stated he was simply "showing the young man the power of Kia's heated seats" his girlfriend has been unavailable for a comment.
