On Monday 7th November at 8.59am, a couple with the names Chloe Spencer,69, and William Mills,69, were driving in separate cars. Chloe (driving her Corsa) and Will (driving his Porsche) were put off by a clown stood outside a local tesco and suddenly the tragedy occurred.
