On 24th July Rachel smith, age 16, was sentence to life imprisionment. Apparently it was due to mass murder within her local area. It is said she has killed more than 10 people.
Rachel mother, Jayne, said she never expected her daughter to do anything like this and it "completely out of character". Many of Rachel's friends and family are shocked from this incident but they say they will stick by her no matter what.
