Local man Clarence Taylor, of 2 chestnut view road, Welshpool. Has been arrested this morning for the burglary of 2 erw wen Welshpool.
He is also being charged with the assault of 83 year old Margaret hemsford who was trying to stop the intruder.
It is beloved that the man has an ethnic origin of the gypsy/traveller culture.
