RayVon Shipman, affectionately called Ray, is the assistant pastor of Breaking Chains Outreach Ministries, - published author and has several other accomplishments, has been arrested this morning.
According to witnesses he was seen responding to discussions on FB about the prophetic and the election and ended up driving over to several people's houses, knocking on doors and slapping people.
The slap knocked the ppl into sense, next week and into their right minds. People are trying to figure out if he should be detained or celebrated because he has knocked the stupid out of the trump supporters as well as the religiously preoccupied
