An ardee man Thomas halpenny has been given a 6 month suspended sentence after being caught on top of a town roof half naked playing with his penis as horrified people walked past . One onlooker said he was tugginng faster and faster as women seemed to approach past him. Flan Brennan ordered halpenny to a curfew and to stay I'n his room.
