Strathclyde Police have issued a statement aswell as a name to the Easterhouse serial snowdropper.
In a statement released earlier today police Scotland said this man was not to be approached as he is a danger to himself aswell to other's.
The man has stolen over three hundred pair's of women's and men's underwear from washing lines in and around the Easterhouse area.
A source close to the man who police believe to have commited these anas acts was said to be a local man called Scott Chawner who has no prior links to the knicker comunity.
Police have issued a warning and a description of this serial knicker thief as 5ft 9in short brown hair and to reitterate not to approach this individual and to call Police Scotland straight away.
