Lowri English of the mount estate has been arrested following an incident in Robert street surgery. She caused a disruption after she went there for a check up she took way to many co codamol and thought she could fly after running up front street naked with a tooth brush hanging out of her bum she later admitted to being a twat but also still thinks she can fly we have conviscated her red cape and her jim"ll fix it poster and she is under further investigation she told us she was inspired by Allah and this photo was taken just hours before the incident!
