Mark Richardson, 27, of Fog-Lane, Didsbury was arrested following confirmation that he was in fact the prolific Fog-Lane Fiddler. Richardson was accused of being involved in over 400 individual cases of fiddling, an accusation which later turned into concrete fact. He fled to Benidorm in a bid to evade capture, but was eventually tracked down and apprehended on the beach. Richardson's so called territory was the famed 'Fletcher Moss Pub' where Richardson was believed to have carried out most of his acts of pervasive invasion. Today, Manchester Crown Court sentenced Richardson to life, and an open investigation has now been launched into the fiddlers younger brother Paul, who it is believed helped carry out many of his touchings, molestations and of course, fiddlings. I think it is safe to say that the Richardson's fiddling days are over.
