The suspected 25 year old reportedly followed a lone woman and her dog. He struck conversation as she timidly answered questions he had asked about her dog. Victim quotes "he seemed weird but with friendly intentions of conversation." The man some call 'Jonesy' began to stroke the dog Terrance as he lay on his back, he then unexpectedly began to sexually assault the dog with his hand and for a short while orally. The shocked victim shouted whilst trying to physically remove the man who locals are calling the 'dog rapist' however he assaulted the woman with a hard slap to the face. He then pulled down his trousers to show his erect penis before he ran away laughing.
