Shadow Parsley 23, from Portsmouth Ohio was arrested on December 1st. Parsley allegedly cut his current wife Michayla Parsley 18 of Portsmouth Ohio. After Parsley cut her with a butcher knife across her throat he took her body and dumped it down a well. When Parsley turned himself in he told police he only did it because she was fucking with his feelings and giving him doubts about their marriage. When asked if he had any further questions he replied "Yeah can she still write me?" Parsley is now being held at Scioto County Jail pending Attempted man slotter in the 2nd degree
