New years eve was quite an eventful night for a teen roadman called Josh Elliston. He thinks he's so hard he says "he would have anyone that stands in his path" He was previously arrested for twatting a bus driver when they refused to sell him an adult ticket instead of a child.
Mental health institutes in Preston say that they would be willing to tackle the trouped teen in order for him to be one day accepted in society again.
