London KY -- The New Year is off to a happy start for a Laurel County teen who just claimed a winning instant lottery ticket worth $150 million earlier this week.
The lucky winner -- He fell to his knees when he realized he won the big prize by playing the Double Bonus Cashword instant game.
The man bought the ticket at Lesman's Market, located at 119 East Patterson Street in Laurel County and visited London Lottery headquarters Monday to claim the prize.
With his winnings, he plans to pay off his home, buy him a new vehicle and go on a vacation.
This is the first major lottery cash in of 2017.
