TYLER POLICE and volunteers are now on the look out for a missing suspect. Lucero Hernandez, 19, female is now being searched for after murdering her 21 year-old boyfriend. Eduardo Alexander Rivas, 21, Male was caught attempting to cheat on Hernandez. Neighbors say they heard the altercation were Rivas was screaming. They soon called police, where Rivas body was found with his dick was chopped off and shot 21 times. Later found outside was his dick, into pieces which Hernandez fed to her pet dog. Still remaining pieces and DNA confirmed to be Rivas parts. Hernandez was last seen walking on CR 4136. Hernandez is believed to armed and dangerous. If seen, please do not contact the police department it's a joke! Haha. Ya wild !
