A man from Bristol, Paul Hudd was arrested on 3rd July 2014. Avon and Somerset police haven't released any details other than the fact it's for a sexual charge. Reporter Daniel Jeffries, consequently done a lot of research and it seems as if , Paul Stephen Hudd from Henbury, Bristol was having an affair with his cousin, Tila Davis who happens to be 15 years old. 5 July 2014 reported by Alexander Colopov.
