Washington (UPI) - To the relief of billions of people around the world, President Hillary Clinton was officially sworn in as the leader of the Shadow Government of the U.S.A..
Prior to Donald J. Trump ascending to the "Presidency" of the United States, the Shadow Government had been long rumored, and feared, as the true ruling party of the country - and by proxy - the Illuminati that rule the entire planet. However, just 3 weeks into the administration of the so-called "President" Trump, the secret society is finally able to come out of the shadows and admit that they do, in fact, control everything.
The decision by the Powers That Be to disclose the existence Shadow Government was driven by polls showing that Donald Trump only has a 45 approval rating, while the Illuminati have 54 approval, and the Lizard People enjoy the support of 52 of Americans despite persistent skepticism about their existence.
Despite being fully open about the existence of the Shadow Government, it is expected that, per the Constitution and for the sake of continuity, Donald Trump will retain his title as "President" of the United States until such time as he is impeached and removed from office, though his role will be diminished. All real policy will be driven and enacted via the executive power of President Clinton, and it is expected that Donald Trump's Twitter account will continue to be utilized as a diversionary tactic, as needed.
