"It's tax time" is what a suspect said when police accused him of giving oral sex at a local Dodge Store. Jmo Brasi aka Jarvis was seen by a concerned citizen entering a restroom with a Brazilian young lady at approximately 1am yesterday. As time past (approximately 2 more hours) the citizen became concerned and called local police. Police had their body can activate as they confronted Jmo.
