Maesteg man, Scott Benjamin Price of Christopher Road Maesteg has been the first man in Wales who has become a father through a male man carrying a child through a test tube.
The ground breaking new science was tried out by Mr Price back in 2015 and become successful in 2016 his trial and medication partner Mr Rhys is said to be overjoyed by the fact new science and technology has enabled him to become not only a father, but helped him to carry a child with the help of Price.
It took a few attempts for the procedure to work. But Rhys's test tube started to develop and the fetus was implanted into an electronic womb and that was then placed into his body. Their now 4 month old son was born October 2016, and is said to be like any other child.
This record breaking news is going to be the start of something sensational.
