Today at Cimarron Memorial High School a teenage boy driving without a license has been in the area of Cimmarron Memorial High School. The males name is Cristian Cortez. From what witness say he is about 5'11 and drives a 1989 Chevy Silverado with grey paint. Also on the back window has a sticker saying "Zacatecas".
