A Latino man has been charged with multiple counts of assault after he allegedly took womans underwear and smelled them as he walked around the store.
The 24-year-old man, identified as Jovanny Nau Lopez, was arrested on Monday when the vehicle he was driving was pulled over in a routine traffic stop in rural Kenosha, approximately 1/2 miles west of Indian Trail HS ,, police said.
He was "visibly distressed" and had tattooed arms and bruises on his neck and face, police added.
Police officers searched the vehicle he was in and the man allegedly also carried an unregistered loaded water gun in the passenger glove box.
