A Central Islip woman has identified a Huntington Station man as the assailant in a recent string of "mass-terbation". Officials are calling this the largest string of public indecency seen in New York since the late 1970's. Police have confirmed that video footage has been facially recognized as Oscar Madrid, 18, of Huntington Station. Madrid has recently been arrested on other charges and is still awaiting trial.
