After reports of a teacher making racial remarks towards illegal immigrants, and now Albuquerque High School is now facing a lawsuit for not consequenting the teacher for making such a rude biased comment. The school will be closed due to many teachers having to testify in court Monday, March 13, 2017. School officials say the school will resume its normal schedule the following day Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
