Local West Middlesex legend Fred Hittle charged by Farrell police with indecent exposure after he was caught streaking down Roeder Blvd. The suspect claims the Margie dogs made him do it. Chief Rococi believes otherwise as he obtained video surveillance of the suspect doing beer bongs out of a shoe at Basilones. The suspect then tried to bribe Chief Rococi with Taco Bell but those charges were later dropped.
