The town of Salisbury, NC has been officially deemed a junkies paradise. 9/10 people are meth heads or dope junkies. The crime rate has skyrocketed in recent years and is just ridiculous. Officials say that 99 of people that don't move out of Salisbury by age 18 end up on drugs in a ditch or in jail.
