Local Sterling,IL man has been involved in one of many altercations this past month but what you hear might shock you, Kaleb M Gibbons has repordtly been found unconscious in his own house, sources say Gibbons fell victim to a new trend where teens would shit and fart into balloons and huff combination to form a high, reports say Gibbons has been suffering an addiction from this for weeks and maybe months now which left friends and family members stunned. Gibbons has been airlifted to Rockford in unstable condition.
