On an ordinary day in Kankakee, business owner of 'La Rosita' on River St. A young teen 16 years of age, Conchita Perez stole the last concha at the store and she wrestled an old lady for it. Let's just say it was an ugly throw down and the lady lost an eye. Due to this La Rosita will be closed until they restock on Conchas. Mean while Conchita is on the loose.
