A man was arrested for posing as a rapper that goes by the name of desiigner who is well known for his hit panda. Reports shows the man was trying to charge 80,000 for a walk thru at the Havana night Club without talking to anyone and refusing to sign autographs thats when the show producers noticed something wasn't right about the man and called security to get him....
