In Milwaukee things have been hectic for citizens. Cars are been stolen, guns have been fired, and at least thumbs are been stuck up people ass. Ceasar Banks claimed Officer Winston of MPD sexually assaulted him in June of 2016 by sticking a broom in his ass. Milwaukee Police Department reached a settlement with Mr.Banks for $30, a Xbox, and new sketchers. He grateful and claimed he is blessed.
