In Winston Salem NC, there is a neighborhood restaurant that everyone loves. McDonald's of course! Catering primarily to older citizens and Winston Salem State University students, McDonald's should shut down.
From poor restaurant cleaning, McDonald's employees have reported roaches falling from the air vents. The lack of employee cleaning in store has lead to a popular company to spray harmful chemicals near employees and food to control the infestation. The health grade is not low for any reason...
If you're eating at this particular franchise, you have been warned! If a critter is in your bag, it's yours to keep!
