This afternoon as he rode along side his mother, Emmanuel Cisneros (21 years of age) has died after an 18 wheeler hit the truck, on the side he was sitting in, killing him on impact. His mother is alive, but was rushed quickly to the hospital, so far we have no details, as to why the truck driver failed to stop at the red light, Wichita cost the young man's life.
