19-Year Old Darra J. Vaughn was arrested earlier today for the murder of 20-Year old Keisha Williams and kidnaping of 20-Year old Jakwan Carew. Sources say that Vaughn has been plotting this attack for months now and was hoping to escape. She is now being held in custody.
