A boy identified as Matthew Downing was seen in Bolton town centre, after using the new "zombie spice", which is a growing epidemic in the North-West. It was believed to have hit Bolton in the last week, in which town-goers could see people in a zombie-like state.
Matthew can be seen on a "viral video", smashing his head onto a packet of custard creams whilst making inaudible noises. The teenager is currently in Police questioning in relation to other drug related incidents that he could potentially be involved with.
