Lewis tulip, 17, was arrested on the 24th of February 2017 following an assault with a deadly weapon. It was believed that lewis may of indeed had a few to many guinesses and wanted to prove he was 'top dog'. It is believed that he did not only assault the victim but he did it using a deadly weapon. A pair of brass knuckles to be exact. Following the arrest it was mandatory that the local police searched his house due to the fact he carried out the assault with a deadly weapon. But what they found in the house made this case a whole lot worse. What the police found and seized was 10 oz of top of the range speed. According the the officer in charge it was 'all bombed up and ready to go'. Following the arrest the police officer stated it was the most amount of drugs he had seen seized and he was delighted that the 'British pablo Escobar' was now off, lurking the streets of prudhoe.
