Early hours of this morning "Thomas Joshua Bailey" was outside his barbers cutting hair to the local bagheads of spenny, for free when he cut one of there ears off.. he had been chased down the street with a needle from the victim who lost his ear "Craig Lewis" if anyone would like to call your local police and bail out Mr Bailey it would be a fee of £13,000 before you can get your fly as fuck skin fades.
