Police are searching the town of Heanor in Derbyshire believing he has connections to the sickening attacks in Westminster yesterday. Please come forward if you see anybody who resembles the description. Roughly 5 foot 9 or 10 light hair and glowingly pale skin can at times be seen in a dark blue polo shirt and hat to match.
